About Me
During my pregnancy, I was desperate to continue exercising for my mental and physical health and to meet other mums at a similar stage in parenthood to me. Unfortunately, there was nothing available locally which left me feeling pretty isolated and overwhelmed with how to keep physically and mentally well.
After the birth of my daughter, I was faced with further unexpected struggles, particularly around feeding and allergies, which not only made me feel further isolated but made my longed-for 'bounce back' and return to exercise even harder.
Once I had navigated our journey of tongue tie, allergies and, numerous health issues, I became passionate about sharing all that I had learned, advocating, and helping other mamas in similar situations.
During my second pregnancy, I knew I needed to step up from just supporting friends to actually offering local services to parents. I embarked on further training and specialisms to create a space for parents who need wellness support in any form.

I hope to offer parents, grandparents, carers, and beyond not only a safe space to exercise with their little ones but full support in many of the lesser-spoken-about struggles of parenthood.

Having had two allergy babies, who are not keen on sleep, I know that fitness and wellness is a much broader spectrum than coming along to a class once a week. Fitness and wellness require support in the areas of life that are tough. I hope to be a helping hand and listening to ear to anybody who needs it.

When I am not working or spending time with my rugrats, you can find me looking after my horses, playing rugby or taking a dip in the sea. Alongside fitness instructing, I work part-time for a law firm in Stockbridge and I am working towards my PhD in Environmental Law.
